The Southmoor Park South Neighborhood (formerly Hampden South) is comprised of two subdivisions, Park Vista and Pine Ridge. The Park Vista subdivision (South of Rosemary) consists of about 425 homes and the Pine Ridge subdivision (North of Rosemary) consists of about 200 homes. We are within walking distance of many great restaurants, shopping centers, movie theater, light rail, schools and three parks.

The SPSNA borders are Hampden (North), Tamarac (East), Princeton (South), and Quebec (West). On our Southern border, you will find Rosamond Park.

Rosamond Park has many wonderful features including:
a 0.61-mile trail, Flower Beds, Picnic Shelter, Benches, Drinking Fountain, Playground , Basketball Court, Bike/pedestrian Path, Football Field, Multi-purpose Field (Lacrosse, Rugby, Soccer), Softball Field (grass infield), Tennis Court (lighted), and coming soon a permanent bathroom.

Southmoor Park South is also within two miles of many other great parks including Southmoor, Eastmoor, Bible, and G.M. Wallace Park. A little further South is Westlands Park, which has a fun summer water feature and some unique playground equipment. The nearest public outdoor Denver Pools are located at Cook Park and Eisenhower Park.
